WELLNESS 360 INITIATIVE OBJECTIVE/GOALS

1.  To improve mental health resilience among individuals of all ages, especially adolescents/youths, by providing them with the necessary tools, information, and emotional support to cope with mental health challenges effectively.

2.  To enhance mental health awareness among adolescents and youths, thereby reducing the prevalence of depression, anxiety, suicide, and ignorance about mental health issues within these populations.

3.  To provide free counseling and psychotherapy services to individuals and groups who cannot afford to pay for these services, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their financial means, has access to quality mental health care and support.

4.  To assist in the successful reintegration of ex-convicts back into society by providing guidance, counseling, and mental health support, enabling them to rebuild their lives and contribute positively to their communities.

5.  To train and equip teachers, guidance counselors, guardians, members of security agencies, caretakers in orphanage homes, and law enforcement agencies on the importance of mental health education.

This training will empower them to better understand and address the mental health needs of teenagers and communities, thereby creating a supportive environment for their overall well-being.
